As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing for India, you are the technical voice of the customer within our production facility, with a strong focus on quality and customer needs, in order to make sure that the 3B product line strategy as defined in the marketing plan by the Market Manager is implemented. Your position is based in Goa.
Your profile
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Composites Engineering from reputed institute with good academics.
Experience: Fresher / 1-2 Years in technical service in similar process industry.
Languages: English and Hindi are required (any other Indian language is a plus)
Your behavioural competencies: Willingness to learn and listen, good interpersonal skills, good presentation and communication skills, travel savvy (open for extensive travel across India within a short notice), hands-on and willingness to make your hands dirty.

Strong product and process knowledge of glass fibre, thermoset polymers
Very good understanding of customers processes and applications as well as the key product functionalities.
