Technical Service Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Benchmarking of products with competition, Gap Analysis.
• Set Quality objectives and analyse feasibility, cost implications, pros and cons of each objective.
• Draw up, Drive and Co-ordinate Quality Improvement programme.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in creating customer, Distributor awareness regarding quality improvement programme.
• Seek and get direct feedback of performance on improved product from customers.
• Develop Literature, Brochures as Marketing Tools.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in promotional activities for specific.
• Accountable for redressal of customer complaints.
• Track and analyse customer complaints. Assess need for FTU updation.
• Technical Support for New customer development.
• Focus on identified products, markets, customers.
• Act as an interface between customer and plant operations
