Experience

• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the Building Material industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical service and support for wall putty products.

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Engineer for Wall Putty with a strong background in the Building Material industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful application and use of our wall putty products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Adani team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in the building material sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding the application, use, and troubleshooting of wall putty products.
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess product performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to test and evaluate new wall putty formulations and provide feedback for product enhancement.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and sales teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of wall putty applications.
• Proactively identify and address technical issues, working closely with the quality assurance and production teams to maintain product integrity.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, case studies, and performance evaluations to demonstrate the value and efficacy of our wall putty products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical expertise and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

Certification Required

• Professional certification in Building Material Technology or relevant field is preferred.
