Supply Chain Manager

Lead and execute the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall busi-ness objectives and drive continuous improvement. Manage supplier relationships to foster strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and mitigate risks.

• 10-12 Years of experience in Earth Moving Machinery, Heavy Industry, Aerospace & Defense(Should not come from Composite manufacturing).
• Min 3 years of experience in Managing supply chain operations from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective material fabrication for defense & aerospace sectors.
• Select components based on technical specifications, quality standards, and vendor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, scheduling, and logistics.
