Urgently Hiring For Supply Chain Executive/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify and source high-quality AV and UC products from global and local

suppliers.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support strategic

partnerships.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels to maintain a balance between supply and demand.

• Implement inventory tracking systems to minimize wastage and ensure

accuracy.

• Analyse product trends and sales data to forecast demand and optimize

stocking strategies.

3. Logistics & Distribution

• Oversee international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with

trade regulations.

• Collaborate with logistics partners to manage transportation and warehousing.

• Resolve shipping discrepancies and minimize delays to meet delivery

timelines.

4. Supply Chain Optimization

• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements for cost reduction

and efficiency.

• Utilize supply chain software/tools to track, analyze, and report performance

metrics.

• Implement sustainable practices to align with company and industry

standards.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align supply chain activities

with business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure product availability and

customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business

Administration, or related field.

• Minimum [4 years] experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement

(experience in the AV or technology distribution industry is a plus).

• Proficiency in supply chain and ERP software systems.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes.

• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is preferred.
