JOB DESCRIPTION

The care center monitors the bedside ICUs with real-time live video. The critical

care nurses job is to manage these patients and document their progress, troubleshoot ICU issues,

coordinate bedside nursing care in accordance with global standards, and escalate issues to the

intensivist who also will be at the command center 24/7.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care for the assigned

patients.

2. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.

3. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

4. Provide Tele-ICU care to a diverse population of critically ill patients across multiple ICUs

at various hospitals.

5. Evaluate and monitor the patients progress.

6. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition.

7. Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.

8. Begin treatment and monitor doses.

9. If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.

10. Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.

11. Create and implement effective care plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc/MSc Nursing
• Should be aware of ICU patient monitoring like CVP, ICP, and others.
• Assisting or hands-on experience in procedures like intubation, central insertion, ABG

sampling, and others.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ICU experience in well-reputed hospital ICUs
• Candidates interested in ACLS/BLS training, research, nurse practitioner profiles, and

administrative roles are strongly encouraged to apply

• IDCCN certified Nurses will be given preference
