Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with min.4-9 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
• Lead performance management, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback.
• Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR metrics and provide reporting insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-9 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
