Its pathetic, salary is being cut for first fifteen days in the name of training, weird rules, delays in salary, no culture, no ethics, no employee value, no leaves , no job security, cheap people , cheap standards.a big no no .

Its the worst company to work for . No professionalism in the company . Employees are not at all serious and giving the salary to the employees is a big task for them even after giving good business

Salary review after every 6 months. Company has new projects and up-skilling opportunities. Company gives chance to get promoted. It is a safe environment for females.

Unlike other IT companies, it is complete WFO and 6-days working.

The SIEC (PVT) LTD is Open innovation.I feel Proud that i am a part and member of this company,that market reliable ,high-quality.As a results , i get to travel in any palce of Pakistan,Especially Islamabad & Lahore.Another plus Point is that my colleages my jouneiors,come from varous placess and we worked happily in collaboration.i also like the employeer re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend consultant calls in the evening and some time late in to the night.Managers do not value an individuals 'unique strength,which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times .i do receive appreciation emails from consultant,most of the time also there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain some time,because they create problam on sites.....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................etc

The company gives platform to expand your work knowledge base. Gives exposure to travel for events so that we are aware of the market standards. The company gives promotions to the people who have been working here for a long time. The best part of this place is the seniors who have been working for more than 10 years and still don't have any ego to train and give space to newbies . Good place to work for atleast 3 to 4 years.

Dislikes

Being in IT industry , you might not get a lot of exposure in this organisation as this is a core overseas education consultancy who recruits students for overseas universities.
