Urgent opening For HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Head HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
• Studying the company policies/procedure and updating them timely to promote best practices and healthy work environment,
• Designing the Performance Appraisal Process right from scratch including Sales Incentives Schemes and implementation,
• Oversee Payroll Processing & Management using Spine and SAP, and Statutory Compliance,
• Coordinating with management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues of HO & Sales force,
• Compensation bench marking survey and designing Comp & Ben policies,
• Designing the Training Calendar of the Organisation and ensuring skill development across the organisation,
• Advance Excel knowledge in analysing the data and presenting various reports to review,
• Proposing Emp. Value Proposition and planning the various Employee Engagement activities to develop the Culture.
• Overseeing the HO & PAN India Admin & Branch back offices.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5-10 Years of work experience with full time MBA from a leading institute,
• Preferably any Manufacturing Industry who handled HO & Sales force across PAN India,
• Strategic & Strong Analytical Mindset,
• Strong Presentation (Excel & PPT) and Leadership Skills,
• Interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company,
• In depth knowledge of HR best practices,
• Experience in Spine Software & SAP
