Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer / Senior Technical Lead
Location: Mumbai (Frequent travel to Delhi required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in IoT, Blockchain, and Supply Chain Analytics to lead our development team and drive innovative projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, demonstrated leadership abilities to manage a team of 10 to 15 developers, and the capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently. This role also demands a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, deployment processes, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 developers.
• Delegate tasks effectively, set deadlines, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and interpret project requirements.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the team.
• Code Quality and Flow:
• Review and approve code to ensure it meets industry standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.
• Deployment Management:
• Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth and secure transitions to production environments.
• Monitor application health and resolve any issues post-deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in DevOps practices and tools.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the technical point of contact for client discussions.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address client feedback effectively.

Technical Skills Required:
Frontend Development:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of styling tools like SASS, LESS, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Skills in web performance optimization using tools like Lighthouse.

Backend Development:

• Strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, Java (Spring Boot), .NET (ASP.NET Core), Ruby, or PHP.
• Expertise in frameworks like Express.js, Flask, Django, or Spring.
• Proficiency in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Database Management:

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.
• Expertise in data modeling and query optimization.

DevOps Skills:

• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipeline setup using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus).

Other Skills:

• API Integration with IoT and Blockchain Systems: Expertise in securely integrating IoT devices and blockchain data into supply chain analytics platforms.
• Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of cybersecurity measures, particularly for IoT devices and blockchain implementations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations such as FDA’s DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) or GDPR compliance for data security.
