Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with solid experience in Indian accounting practices. The ideal candidate will handle financial reporting, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the companys financial operations while maintaining a budget-friendly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and file tax returns including GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT).
• Handle Income Tax calculations, compliance, and assist with tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, financial reports, and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, Provident Fund (PF), and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting.
• Prepare salaries and maintain a accurate record for the same.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Indian accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, PF, and balance sheets.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Good understanding of Indian tax laws and labor laws.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
