Job Title: Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of Imperium Digital Network Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, tax calculations, reconciliations, and financial analysis to ensure smooth financial management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filing and compliance.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required by management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and accurate accounting operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with GST compliance and filing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in handling tax filings and audits.
