Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Reports to: Managing Director / Executive Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

2. Accounting Operations:

- Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Prepare financial reports, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.

- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

- Prepare financial forecasts and projections.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting regulations.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

6. Strategic Planning:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA).

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
