Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Career Advisor to manage the end-to-end counseling process for students enrolling in our paid packages division. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students toward the right universities and courses based on their profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling & Sales: Provide expert guidance on universities, courses, and admission processes across various countries, while promoting and closing paid counseling packages.
• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Application & Documentation Support: Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, SOPs, LORs, and other required documents.
• Visa Assistance: Guide students through visa application procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving enrollments for paid counseling services.
• Relationship Management: Build strong connections with students and parents to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on university admission criteria, visa policies, and study destination trends.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently
• Knowledge of study destinations like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
