Preferred candidate profile:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• A Master's degree in Education Counseling or related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education counseling, student services, or similar roles in the study abroad sector.
• Knowledge of educational systems and universities abroad is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of study abroad processes, visa procedures, and university application systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and institutions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Multitasking ability and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours when required, especially during peak admission periods.
