Job Title: Asst. General Manager / Manager
Qualification: B.Tech / CA will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10+/ 4+ years of experience in claims management, ideally within the insurance industry.
Location: Corporate Office, Jaipur

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team AGM/ Manager - Claims (Non-Motor). He will be responsible for the operations of the non-motor claims.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To execute non-motor insurance claims process.
2. To develop and execute strategies for efficient non-motor claims management.
3. To collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely claims settlement.
4. To monitor non motor claims trends and implement process improvements.
5. To ensure all genuine payable claims are paid within 30 days from the date of accident to support the enterprise in times of financial distress.

1. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to non motor claims.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
4. Strong computer knowledge Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
5. Willingness to travel.
