Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 10+/ 7+ years of relevant experience in GI/ Automobile Industry
Location: Jaipur (Corporate Office)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Asst. General Manager/ Regional Manager - Claims. He will be responsible for overseeing and managing the claims division for two-wheeler, private car, and commercial vehicle insurance segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the claims team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of claims for two-wheeler, private car, and commercial vehicle insurance policies as applicable.
2. Develop and implement effective claims processes and procedures to ensure timely and fair settlement of claims while maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
3. Monitor and analyze claims data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, and take appropriate actions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Working with the Claims Committee to solve coverage questions, liability questions, claim value, legal position and other claims related issues.
5. Provide guidance and support to claims handlers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to handle claims effectively and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, risk management, and legal teams, to ensure effective claims assessment, investigation, and settlement, and mitigate fraud risks.
7. Handle complex or high-value claims, ensuring fair assessment, and settlement in accordance with policy terms, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.
8. Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as surveyors, repair workshops, and service providers, to facilitate smooth claims processing and deliver superior customer service.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging technologies related to motor insurance claims, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
10. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of claims handlers, ensuring continuous professional development and high-quality claims handling.
11. Provide reports and analysis to senior management on claims performance, trends, and recommendations for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
12. Conversant with the online claims settlement.

1. Strong knowledge of two-wheeler, private car, and commercial vehicle insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures as applicable.
2. Proven experience in effectively managing a team of claims professionals and driving performance excellence.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess claims accurately, identify fraud indicators, and make sound decisions.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
5. Proficiency in claims management systems and tools, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance claims operations.
6. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to motor insurance claims.
7. Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
8. Willingness to travel within the region.
9. Strong computer knowledge Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
