Experience: 10+/ 5+ Years in General Insurance
Location : Jaipur (Corporate Office)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Asst. General Manager / Manager Underwriting - Motor. The candidate will be responsible for Underwriting Motor Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure effective execution and governance of UW guidelines, including ensuring compliance from all distribution channels.
2. To provide inputs for better underwriting strategy & strategic portfolio action to generate sustainable and profitable business growth in the Motor LOB.
3. To drive sustainable growth and profitability for the Motor Segment.
4. Monitor and analyze underwriting data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, and take appropriate actions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Provide reports and analysis to the senior management on Underwriting performance.

1. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to motor insurance underwriting.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Underwriting management systems and tools, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance Underwriting operations.
4. Willingness to travel.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
6. Strong computer knowledge Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
