Motor Claims Handler - Immediate joiners

Designation : Associate /Senior Associate claims

Job location : Allianz Service , Trivandrum

Experience : 2- 7 years | Qualification : Graduate

Work Mode : Work from office

Job Description :

• Good knowledge in Motor Claims with excellent communication skills
• Assessment of indemnity and liability of Motor Claims
• Payment of claims
• Analysis of own damage and Third-Party liability claims
• Pro-active handling and settling of claims.
• Identification of potentially fraudulent case
• Work and communicate with Gardai / investigators ascertaining information whether case is a mark for recovery.
• Management of overall Recoveries claims portfolio and handles all claims are processed within the service levels
• Experience in a Motor claims handling customer facing role or similar customer facing role
• Excellent English language skills both inbound and outbound calls added
• Quick decision making
• Logical and analytical reasoning
