Job Description
Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and implement high-impact engagement programs that foster a people-first culture.
Conduct pulse checks, feedback loops, and action plans to continuously enhance employee satisfaction.
Own Culture & DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives to ensure an inclusive and thriving work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies, processes, and frameworks that scale with the company s growth.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters.
Performance & Learning
Establish and drive a performance management system that promotes continuous feedback and high accountability.
Work with leadership to build career growth frameworks and learning & development (L&D) programs for upskilling employees.
HR Operations & Employer Branding
Own HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR tech tools.
Develop and strengthen employer branding strategies to attract top talent and
position the company as a great place to work.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Build a scalable hiring framework that ensures speed, quality, and culture alignment.
Ensure high execution rigour to enable a high performing TA team
Craft a best-in-class onboarding experience to drive high engagement and retention from Day 1.
Qualifications
3-6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably in startups). [Tier 1 pedigree: XLRI, TISS]
Proven ability to drive HR programs end-to-end, collaborate with leadership, and enhance employee experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal skills can influence, engage, and build trust across teams.
