Experience: 1+ years of experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems; prior exposure to ERP software is a plus.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and standard office applications.
• Familiarity with networking basics, including LAN/WAN and server architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team at Shirke Electro Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations, and troubleshooting issues related to PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in IT administration and manufacturing operations, offering exposure to both technical and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Administration:
• Act as the primary administrator for the ERP system, ensuring its optimal functionality.
• Assist with user account creation, role assignment, and system access permissions.
• Provide user training and create documentation to support ERP usage.
• Monitor ERP performance and resolve basic system errors or escalate them as needed.

1. Technical Support:
• Respond to and troubleshoot daily technical issues related to PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensure all IT assets are functioning efficiently and securely.
• Liaise with external IT service providers for advanced hardware/software repairs or replacements.
2. Server and Network Coordination:
• Identify and report server and network-related issues to the relevant IT service providers.
• Assist in tracking server performance and logging any disruptions.
3. General IT Support:
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
• Assist in setting up new workstations and configuring systems for new employees.
• Support periodic IT audits and compliance checks.
