Job Description

Sales Manager Luxury Real Estate (HNIs)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to sell luxury villas to HNIs in metro cities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, target, and nurture leads from affluent circles and corporate networks.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct property presentations and personalized site visits for potential buyers.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with HNIs, Channel Partners and brokers in metro cities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • For Assistant Sales Manager: 4-8 years in luxury real estate or premium product sales.
    • For Sales Manager: 5-10 years of proven experience in selling luxury real estate or high-ticket items.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Location Advantage: Familiarity with metro cities and a strong network among HNIs.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel between metro cities and the project site.
