Role & responsibilities
1.Project Plan & Timelines
a.Creation, Publishing, updating, and tracking of project plan
b.Breakdown of project plan into activities and detailed implementation program
c.Identification and highlighting of potential factors which may cause deviation.
2.P&L Management
a.Creation, publishing & updating of Project budget and cost to go
b.Identifying long / short term savings, expenses, and formalization.
3.Cash flow management
a.Timely billing and liquidation
b.Understanding of project milestones
c.Devising of project plan and project activities to enable billing milestones achievement and keeping project cash positive.
4.Risk Management
a.Creation, publishing and updating of risk register
i.Risk type commercial/ technical
ii.Risk impact & Probability
iii.Mitigation measure, cost, and due date
b.Ensuring implementation of mitigation measures before due date
5.Client Management
a.Creation, publishing and updating of project stakeholder register
b.SPOC with client for all formal & informal communication
c.Organising and attending periodic and prompt meetings with client.
6.Vendor Management
a.Approving service vendors bills
b.Ensuring timely payment of service and supply vendors
c.Periodic interaction with service vendors.
7.MIS
a.Review of cost and revenue numbers and periodic publishing
b.Weekly and monthly project status & progress dashboard.
8.Team Composition
a.Construction Manager
b.Application Manager
c.DC / NW Administrator
d.Commercial officer (opt.)
e.Contracts, Correspondence and Documentation Executive (opt.)
f.Health & safety (opt.)
Preferred candidate profile
1. IT, ITS, electronics Industry
2. Must Have: great communication skills, command over numbers, cash flows/ P&L, good people skills.
