Business Development Client Partner

Shift Ahead Technologies, a growing IT Services company based in Pune is looking for an ideal candidate who is self-motivated to market / bring new lead initiatives to generate and engage with business prospects to build new business for the company. Target oriented, this candidate will strategically plan their approach to NEW clients and offer compelling staffing & IT managed solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Experience 3 to 5 years in aggressive IT Services core marketing (in International segment)

An MBA in Marketing preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities in IT Managed Services (Staffing solutions) and IT Infrastructure Monitoring Solutions
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
• Maintain good rapport and be target oriented
• Expertise in cold calling & follow ups
• Plan strategically to assure project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-6+ years' of industry-related business development experience
• Should have excellent contacts in similar IT Services sector internationally especially US / European markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented

Salary shall range from Rs 8-10 Lacs / annum with high sales incentives up to Rs 5 lacs/annum for achievers
