Job Description

The Business Development Partner plays a critical role in generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making introductory outreach via marketing campaigns (email, phone, social media, etc.), engage with suspects/prospects, and setting sales appointments for the sales team. You will be provided with Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) rich with targeted research and high-quality collateral.
Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration with the Market Research Analyst (MRA) to design, setup, and execute Marketing Campaigns.
Work on converting Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs, sales pursuits) by leveraging techniques including but not limited to:
o Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and gauging their interest.
o Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up process.
o Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready to meet with a sales representative.
o Knowledge of our Services: Stay up to date with our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. We will provide a lot of training on this.
Design and execute thought-leadership driven marketing campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, webinars, events, etc.) in consultation with Market Research Analyst, leadership.
Review market data and trends, identify market segments, and spot revenue opportunities within many services we offer (such as, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
Maintain an updated database of contacts and leads in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and lead generated.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, delivery, and recruiting to deliver results.
 
Requirements
A minimum of two years of experience in a B2B sales environment selling IT Services. (MUST HAVE)
Available for work between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time
Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools.
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
