Customer Care Representative

Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support:
   
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via calls, emails, and other communication channels in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns.
2. Operations Management:
   
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain records, and ensure process adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and implement improvements.
3. Sales Support:
   
• Utilize sales expertise to address customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives with tailored solutions.
4. Client Coordination:
   
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for communication and issue resolution.
• Consistently exceed client expectations through proactive engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in customer care, operations, and sales.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction materials, construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai
• Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
