Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience in end-to-end construction of multi-story residential buildings. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:
   
• Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth execution.
2. Construction Management:
   
• Oversee end-to-end construction activities, including foundation work, structural frameworks, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials and track inventory levels.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
   
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure clarity of objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project review meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address issues.
4. Quality Control & Safety:
   
• Implement robust quality assurance procedures to maintain construction standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at all project sites.
5. Team Leadership:
   
• Supervise and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material consumption, and costs.
• Submit periodic reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 15-20 years in building construction, with proven expertise in multi-story residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and relevant building codes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in projects based in Thane or similar geographies will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in value engineering and cost control.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
• Strong analytical abilities to forecast risks and address challenges proactively.
