Sales - Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Executive

Job Purpose

The individual will support Sales for CFS, the  role not limited to CFS, also for other units viz; Transportation, Warehousing, FLML ( First Mile & Last Mile) and other new services introduced by the organization related to organizations core activity of Logistics.

This incumbent will partner and support the Sales team with emphasis to increase volume of containers w.r.t Imports ( BCOs / CHA / Forwarders). Exports ( Dock Stuffing) and related services of Bonded and General Warehousing, Transportation and any new activity introduced 

In addition, this role will manage / utilize / coordinate respective teams viz, Operations, Finance, Accounts, Transport, Warehousing. FMLM, IT and other Panel CFSs. 

Experience :

• Manager :- 8-10  years.
• Assistant Manager :- 3 - 7 years
• Senior Executive :- 1 - 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Increase the market reach for the Organization 
• Sales development, lead generation and relationship building 
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, including proposals, presentations and contracts
• Maximize Revenue for the Organization by conversion of business and accomplish sales targets
• Analyse the sales gap for volume retention 
• Resolving Customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to the reporting Manager
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related targets
• Team player and communicator 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor in Commerce / Engineer / Arts 
• Preferred if Management in Marketing

Skill Requirements 

• Strong negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the logistics industry is preferred
