Operations - Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive/ Executive

Roles & Responsibility:-

Rail Operations:

• Oversee train loading/offloading and coordinate with the surveyor team at the railway siding.
• Manage vendor/transportation coordination for timely loading of customer vehicles.
• Collaborate with the railway maintenance and security teams for smooth operations.
• Handle documentation related to the serving railway station.

ICD Operations:

• Manage warehouse and yard operations, including inward/outward movement and inventory control.
• Prepare daily throughput reports and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Analyze data on customer performance and ICD operations.
• Plan and monitor inbound/outbound movements, ensuring timely execution.
• Provide input for ERP integration and updates to operational processes.
• Maintain statistical records and address operational issues promptly.

Gate Operations:

• Coordinate with security teams at the main gate for access control and safety.
• Ensure smooth movement of vehicles through the terminal gate.
• Oversee documentation and verification of vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
• Monitor and manage gate operations to prevent delays and ensure compliance.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
• MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
