Compliance Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements.
• Maintain and update employee records as per compliance requirements.
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure HR and payroll practices are in line with legal guidelines.
• Address employee grievances related to compliance and payroll issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR and compliance operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of compliance reports.
• Assist in employee onboarding and training related to compliance and payroll procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with labor laws and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR compliance and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Prior experience in compliance audits is mandatory.
