Audit Preparation: Maintain data for internal and external audits on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
PAN India Compliance: Oversee labor law compliance at the PAN India level, including adherence to the Minimum Wages Act, Shop & Establishment Act, Factory Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration Act, LWF, and other relevant acts, ensuring the timely submission of statutory returns.
Salary Compliance: Review and ensure compliance in salary-related matters, including statutory deductions and benefits.
Client Support: Handle client queries regarding labor law compliance, providing timely and appropriate solutions to ensure their continued satisfaction.
