Job description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of various labor laws and regulations, including the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, ESIC, PF, Muster roll, workmen compensation, Licensing & returns, and other related statutory requirements. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent client handling skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
2. Plan and execute Compliance reviews as per the Compliance Review calendar.
3. Maintain monthly reconciliations of Statutory and Compliance data.
4. Timey closure of all Notices ESIC, PF & Labour Law Notices and advice the management.
Maintain data for internal and external audit on monthly basis.
5. Responsible for Labour Law compliance at PAN India level like Minimum Wages Act, Shop & establishment Act, Factory Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration Act, LWF &; other act which are applicable as per law as well as yearly, half yearly returns submission to concern department.
6. Check salary related compliances and highlight issues to team.
7. Monitor and present regulatory reporting issues, including analyzing and summarizing status from various sources and monthly update on reporting to management. Dashboard to be published reflecting Statutory activities.
8. Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues, Handling of Client and Statutory Audits.
9. Handle client queries regarding labor law compliance and provide appropriate solutions.
10. Manage crisis situations related to compliance issues and develop contingency plans.
11. Provide practical orientation and guidance to employees regarding compliance operations.
12. Ensure completion of periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
13. Maintain regular contact with client coordinators, meeting them in person whenever required.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, ESIC, PF, Muster roll, workmen compensation, Licensing & returns, and related statutory requirements.
2. Experience in handling client queries and providing effective solutions.
3. Familiarity with conducting compliance audits and ensuring adherence to regulations.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and client interactions.
