HR Compliance Executive

Job Roles and Responsibility:

Looking for an experienced candidate proficient in the CLRA, PF & ESI Act, Role of Auditor & Auditee, Attendance maintenance, payroll process, employee on-boarding, employee exit, and basic knowledge of other relevant acts.

Should have exposed to HR compliance audit.

​Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspection by authorities.

Expertise in MIS, should have knowledge in MS Office.

Knowledge in PF & ESI, Payroll, CLRA etc.
