Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager - HR to lead the HR function at our Shimoga location. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Handle grievance management and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies to support business growth.
• Manage training and development programs to upskill employees.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent.
• Experience: 8-15 years of HR experience, preferably in apparel, textile, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Hands-on experience in talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling large-scale workforce operations.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
