This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The HR Manager for the Real Estate Company will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, manage HR Operations, Administrations, & IT functions, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws specific to the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and an understanding of the real estate industrys work culture and specific HR needs.
#Key Responsibilities:
#Recruitment & Staffing: Lead recruitment efforts for the real estate sector, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for various roles such as construction, planning, & Execution, sales teams, and administrative etc.
#Employee Relations: Create a positive work culture, address employee issues, and resolve conflicts effectively.
#Performance Management: Develop and monitor performance metrics for sales teams and other employees, conducting regular evaluations and driving improvement where necessary.
#Training & Development: Implement training programs to enhance skills in real estate market trends, sales techniques, and customer service excellence & implement HR Strategies
#Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, salary structures, incentive plans, and commission-based pay models, ensuring they are competitive within the industry.
#HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate-specific labor laws, contracts, and industry regulations.
#Employee Engagement: Organize programs that drive employee motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction within the company.
#Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, and provide regular HR reports to senior management regarding staffing, performance, and HR activities.
#Qualifications:
# Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
# 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
# In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including sales processes and market trends.
#Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
#Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
#Knowledge of real estate processes and compliance policies.
#Strong decision-making and strategic thinking abilities.
