Role & responsibilities

• Managing daily administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and correspondence handling.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport.
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, billing, and MIS documentation.
• Managing visa processes and liaising with authorities for international travel.
• Handling office administration tasks, such as inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Utility billing ,payment follow up and other tasks assigned by the seniors

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in administration, travel management, and visa processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
