The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience managing the complete Employee Lifecycle Management process, covering everything from Applicant to Alumni, for both core employees and Client Organizations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR Policies & Practices, ensuring Statutory Compliance, managing Employee Relations, handling Reporting/MIS, and executing other vital HR tasks crucial for organizational success.
A strong Business Acumen in the Staffing Industry is a must for this role. Proficiency in Indian Employment Laws, familiarity with Workday HRIS, Intermediate Level MS Office skills, and the ability to work on-site at the Chennai office are mandatory requirements.
