Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our night shift operations. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, employee relations expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and provide conflict resolution strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
Monitor workforce trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Assist with onboarding, and retention strategies for night shift employees.
Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.
Implement and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 9 years of experience in HR, preferably in a night shift role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in handling large teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic work culture.
