Time and Attendance: Track employee attendance, work hours, and absences to determine pay
Payroll Processing: Process the payroll, including generating paychecks, direct deposits, or electronic transfers to employees
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit-related deductions
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax codes and labor laws
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee earnings, and tax-related documents
Reports: Generate payroll reports, tax reports, and other financial reports for management and regulatory authorities
