SFATEC PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Information Technology ( IT ) Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Technical Support:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems through effective problem-solving techniques
- System Administration:Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components
- Perform routine system monitoring, software upgrades, and system optimization
- Security Management:Implement and enforce IT security measures to safeguard information and systems
- Monitor for security vulnerabilities and respond to incidents as needed
- Hardware and Software Management:Manage and maintain computer systems, including installation and configuration of hardware and software
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and licensing of IT equipment and software
- User Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT best practices and system usage
- Create documentation and guides for IT processes and procedures
- Backup and Recovery:Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with business objectives
- Work with IT leadership to define and execute IT strategies
- IT Governance:Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and standards
