• Sewara Hospitality( A unit of Aresko Restaurants Private Limited) is looking for Commi (Indian) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine, a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques, and the ability to contribute to the creation of flavorful and authentic dishes
• The Commi will work closely with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:Execute the preparation of various Indian dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Handle and prepare a variety of ingredients, spices, and herbs specific to Indian cuisine
• Assist in the planning and coordination of daily kitchen tasks
• Cooking and Presentation:Cook and present dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
• Monitor cooking processes to ensure dishes are prepared with precision and consistency
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the presentation and taste of Indian dishes
• Quality Control:Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any quality or consistency issues promptly
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen management to coordinate tasks and responsibilities
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed
• Menu Development:Stay updated on current trends in Indian cuisine and contribute ideas for menu development
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative Indian dishes
• Provide input on portion sizes, pricing, and menu planning
