Position: Pre Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation & Scheduling: Accurately estimate project effort and develop realistic project schedules.
- Sales Target Support: Actively contribute to and support the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
- Proposal Generation: Create compelling and professional proposals and other sales collateral for IT services (product/application development and application maintenance & support), targeting proposals preferably above $100,000 individually.
- Requirements Gathering: Clearly and concisely understand business and functional requirements from clients to effectively estimate the effort required for projects.
- Delivery Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT delivery team to gather necessary inputs for pre-sales activities, ensuring accurate and feasible project estimations.
- Pre-sales Initiative Ownership: Own and drive pre-sales/sales initiatives from initial contact through to deal closure, achieving established objectives.
- Client Interaction: Effectively interact with clients to gather information required for proposal creation and build strong client relationships.
- Presentation Development: Create impactful walkthrough presentations and organizational capability documents to showcase our services and expertise.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project proposal writing for global customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to create effective walkthrough presentations and organizational capability documents.
- Proven experience in client interaction and information gathering for proposal development.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including product/application development and application maintenance & support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
