Wedding Planner/ Wedding Stylist/ Wedding Decor

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and versatile Wedding Coordinator or Wedding Planner to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of both weddings and corporate or private events. This role requires excellent leadership, creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both large and small-scale events. The Wedding Coordinator or Wedding Planner will work closely with clients to create memorable experiences, managing everything from logistics to vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weddings, corporate events, and private functions from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and service providers (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers).
• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and run-of-show plans.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, décor, catering, and guest accommodations.
• Manage vendor contracts and negotiations to ensure cost-effective and quality services.
• Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities, including ticket sales and social media (if required).
• Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and handling any last-minute challenges.
• Provide creative direction for event design, themes, and décor, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a network of reliable event vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and health requirements for events.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare event reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into future events.
• Lead and coordinate event staff, volunteers, and third-party teams during events.
