Strategic Planning & Execution:

1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
3. Set and monitor performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Operations Management:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
2. Implement best practices to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
3. Please ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services/products.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop the unit's management team and staff.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
3. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Financial Management:

1. Prepare, manage, and monitor the units annual budget.
2. Track financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures.
3. Optimize resource utilization to maximize profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:

1. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
2. Please address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
3. Please ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service quality.

Compliance & Risk Management:

1. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
2. Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, finances, and workforce.
3. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.

Reporting & Communication:

1. Provide regular reports to senior management on unit performance, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Ensure clear and effective communication between the unit and corporate offices.
3. Represent the unit in external and internal meetings.
