Food And Beverage Team Lead

Role & responsibilities :

1. Assisting in Daily Operations

• Support the F&B Manager in managing daily food and beverage operations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.

2. Guest Service

• Greet and interact with guests to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction.
• Address basic guest queries and escalate complaints to the manager when necessary.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies.

4. Team Support

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Help in maintaining team morale and resolving minor conflicts within the team.

5. Compliance and Hygiene

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during operations.
• Monitor cleanliness in dining and service areas.

6. Event Support

• Assist in setting up and managing food and beverage services during events.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of banquets or functions.

7. Training and Learning

• Attend training sessions to develop knowledge of F&B operations and industry standards.
• Learn upselling techniques and menu details to improve guest interactions.

8. Reporting

• Prepare daily reports on service quality, inventory, and guest feedback.
• Provide insights to the manager for improving operations and services.
