Event Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Intern to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and management. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of assisting with various aspects of event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining event schedules, updating databases, and preparing event materials.
• Marketing and Promotion: Support marketing efforts by helping to create promotional materials, manage social media accounts, and distribute event information.
• On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, guest assistance, and post-event teardown.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring event budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
• Feedback Collection: Help gather and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
