As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our marketing efforts.

Job Overview: The Marketing Executive will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, attract guests, and drive revenue. This position requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns across various channels, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and promotions.
• Create and manage content for the hotel's website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing promotional materials, both digital and print.
• Assist in organizing and promoting hotel events, including special packages, seasonal offers, and corporate events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other key partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools is a plus.
