Assistant Vice President - Digital Alliances/Digital Partnership - General Insurance Firm (7-10 yrs)

Position: Digital Alliance/Partnership (mid or senior level)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and scale the business of digital partners (B2C & B2B) for both Group and Retail insurance products.

- Lead and manage all aspects of Digital Partnership Business including business development, integration, relationship management (internal & external), and managing payouts.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies for exponential business growth.

- Ensure achievement of bottom-line targets while scaling up the partner business.

- Identify and acquire new partners and business opportunities to foster growth.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Retail insurance products (Car, Two-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicles, Health, Home, Travel, etc.) and Group insurance products.

Digital Eco-System:

- Establish relationships with new-age digital ecosystem players.

- Build a strong pipeline of digital-first partners, including fintech companies and startups.

- Collaborate with the product development and innovation teams to create offerings that align with the needs of new digital partners.
