Role: ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Experience: 9 to 16 years
Location: Greater Noida
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
- Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead a team of functional delivery resources
- Lead functional activities on ServiceNow
- Lead the creation of written deliverables
- Lead client demos and working sessions
- Participate as ITAM functional expert in client workshops
- Influence direct team members and external customers regarding policies, best practices and procedures
- Mentor junior staff and support project leadership
- Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications
