Job Description

IT Service Desk
• Associate should be well versed with typical IT Service Desk tasks, including handling user issues over phone, email & tickets with minimum 18 months in a Voice based Service Desk role for International project.
• Should be familiar with basic Citrix, Vmware, Outlook, Network, VPN, Internet, and other Hardware/software troubleshooting techniques.
• Should be willing to work in a 24x7 work environment (predominantly Night shifts,
• Excellent communication is a must as we have the Client round.
